Cut wood into boards and blocks according to pallet design dimensions.

Surface finishing to ensure flatness and user safety.

Nail or screw assembly according to standards to form a complete pallet frame (2-way / 4-way).

Inspect load capacity, durability, dimensions, and final treatment (HT/MB).
